I cannot access my Rooms account

If you're unable to access your Rooms account, follow the prompts below for guidance. If you do not have a Magic Code and have not previously logged into Rooms, you'll need to reach out to your school district for further assistance.

Did you login via Google or Microsoft?

If you clicked Log in with Google or Log in with Microsoft when you originally setup your account, you should be able to use that same method whenever you need to sign in.

Resetting your password

If you need to reset your password, you can navigate to and submit your email address. You should receive an email to create a new password within 15 minutes.

If you do not receive a password reset email

There is a chance that you do not have an active account yet, but if you have a Magic Code you should be able to setup your account by following the link below:
